You can find your cards using the unique link or QR code you received when you registered. All your cards are available in your profile or in the **“Mani Punkti”** app.
When you make a purchase, show your digital card on your phone. Staff will scan your card’s unique QR code and points will be added to your account automatically.
When you have enough points, open the reward on your card and tap **“Claim Reward”**. A QR code (or link) will appear for shop staff — they scan or confirm it in their staff interface; points are deducted and you receive your reward.
No. Staff only see your name and unique member code. Your email address and other private information are not available to them.
The business owner sees your name and email address, and whether you agreed to receive news and special offers. Your other data stays protected and confidential.
You can see your points on your digital card right away, or after signing in to your profile on our website.
Yes. You can send points to a friend or family member using **Send Points** (member-to-member transfer), for example via a shared link where the other person confirms the transfer.
Don’t worry. Simply sign in to your account on our website or in the app to get your card back. If you have problems, contact our support team.
Points usually have an expiry period. You can read the exact rules in each loyalty card’s **“Terms”** section.
