1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the “Mani Punkti” platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or its services.
2. Licence to use and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business needs, including creating loyalty programs, tracking points, and using analytics.
You must not:
- use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- try to bypass security or gain unauthorised access to other users’ data;
- reverse engineer, copy the code, or try to build a competing product using our intellectual property;
- transmit harmful software (viruses, spyware, etc.).
3. User accounts
Registration: when creating an account, you must provide accurate information to the extent required by the form (for example, name and email for a loyalty programme member). Programme participants who collect points and use cards may also use the platform under the age of 18, where permitted by law and the rules of the specific loyalty programme; minors need consent and supervision from a legal guardian as required by applicable law. Business and partner accounts, and certain paid services, may require you to be at least 18 — that will be stated in the relevant registration flow.
Security: you are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
Reporting: you must inform “Mani Punkti” administration without delay if you suspect a security breach or unauthorised access to your account.
4. Loyalty programme rules
For businesses (programme owners): you accept full responsibility for keeping your promises to customers (reward fulfilment, point value). You must define your programme rules clearly and maintain fair commercial practice.
For users (programme participants): points and rewards must be used in line with the purpose of the programme. Any attempt to manipulate the points system may result in account suspension and cancellation of points.
5. Billing and subscription
Subscription fees: paid services are charged in advance for the agreed period.
Changes: we may change service prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice.
Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable except where the laws of the Republic of Latvia expressly require otherwise.

6. Intellectual property
The entire platform, its design, the “Mani Punkti” brand, and its unique features are our intellectual property. Content you upload (logos, text) remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it as needed to operate the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. “Mani Punkti” is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the platform or from unavailability.
8. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if these terms are breached, fees are unpaid, or fraudulent activity is found.
9. Applicable law
Disputes relating to these terms should first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
